Not much is known about Adelaide Pabst. "Anna Pabst" appears on the marriage record as a witness. Anna could be Adelaide's sister. Adelaide's parents are John Pabst and Elizabeth Falke. Their names come from the marriage record of Albert Herbst and Adelaide Pabst found in Catholic Church records of St. Michael's church in Rochester.

The 1900 & 1910 Census said that Adelaide immigrated either 1883 or 1884.

Several addresses have been found:
1918 Rochester City Directory listed her address at 529 Conkey Ave. living with her husband Albert.
1920 NY census indicated she is at the same address with Albert but now with several children: Cynthia, Albert Jr. and Alma(daughter in law).
The 1925 NY census listed Albert and Adelaide's address at 85 Mailborough with their daughter Cynthia living with their son-in-law Wallace Geck & family.
